About us
The Spa at the Woods is the premier spa in Killington, Vermont, with a full-service Spa and Wellness treatments, and an indoor pool, hot tub, steam and sauna, and a fully-equipped fitness center.
```Duties```
- Lead fitness classes and provide instruction to participants
- Create and implement dynamic and engaging workout routines
- Educate participants on proper form, technique, and safety precautions
- Offer modifications and adaptations for different fitness levels and abilities
- Motivate and inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all participants
```Skills```
- Strong knowledge and experience in any of the following fitness disciplines, including Yoga, Pilates, Group Fitness, and/or Aqua Fitness
- Ability to design and develop effective fitness programs tailored to individual needs and goals
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate participants
- Knowledge of fitness sales techniques to promote classes and attract new clients
- Certification in personal training or group fitness instruction is required
- Personal Liability Insurance required
